Breath of Life Meditation Course

Using the five senses of the body you naturally open to the sixth sense and then
true peace is accomplished. You will learn the ‘7 Breaths’ that heal, align and
clear the mind, body and spirit. Through setting of intentions, you can change
your whole reality.
Breathwork is the art of moving spiritual energy throughout the body, as ‘Breath’ is the movement of spirit in matter. No matter what your age or background this natural source of relaxation can transform your life and relationships bringing greater peace and harmony to both.
Come and learn an ancient breathwork technique created over 300 years ago in an Ashram just outside of Jodhpur India. Here Caroline studied under her teacher, Baba Bothnath and became one of the few 80,000 people who are bestowed with this knowledge. Caroline has been charged by her teacher to bring these teachings to the West and share the enlightenment and inner peace that they bring with them.

This enables the Reiki practitioner to send healing from a distance, clear energies in your environment, manifest deeper desires, boost your Reiki 1 energy tenfold and so much more, actually the mind is the only block to how and when you can use Reiki 2 energy. The only prerequisite is that you have been given your Reiki 1 attunements and experienced this in your life for a minimum of 3 months.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the awareness that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or create stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The knowledge that an unseen energy flows through all living things and is connected directly to the quality of health has been a part of the wisdom of many cultures since ancient times.
The word Reiki can be interpreted as Rei “Universal” Ki “Divine Energy” As used in the word Reiki, it is more accurately interpreted as meaning Spiritual Consciousness and is the vital life force that flows through all living things.
Reiki is a simple yet powerful technique to administer and learn.
Reiki is not taught in the usual sense but is transferred to the student by a Reiki Master. Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and is therefore available to everyone.
